Shipping Info

We ship with the Portuguese National Postage Company, CTT.

For the moment we aren't able to provide a tracking number for each order.
If you need tracking, before doing a purchase, please reach out to us so we can guide you and provide an updated shipping cost. Keep in mind that by doing so, we will need extra time to process your order.

Usually expected delivery time (as stated by the company itself) in working days is:

To Portugal: 3 to 5
To Europe: 5 to 7
To Rest of World: 7 to 12

Nevertheless to better assess the delivery time and from recent customer feedback we suggest that a more accurate prediction takes more or less double the stated waiting time.

During the days after a new release it's usual to have some delays since we have pre-order sales to process first, which can add a couple of days to the waiting time as well.

If the item has not arrived in the expected time-frame we will need to have it back at our offices to do the re-shipping. This is important since, in some cases wait time can increase reasonably due to regular postal service norms. The re-shipping is standard procedure without tracking.

For orders above 4 items, sometimes we are able to issue a parcial refund on the assigned shipping cost. This will depend on location, and overall weight of the package. Bandcamp provides a tool that accounts for these costs but tends to overprice an order that contains multiple extra items. If you are planning on doing a bigger order and need a more accurate quote, please get in touch first.

Because of the rising tension upon global delivery systems some of these deadlines might be longer than expected. We ask you to be patient and if needed please get in touch so we can help you figure out how to get your merch as fast as possible.

All our records and merch are packed one by one with a lot of care and caution. We try our best to make sure the vinyls have a safe journey across the planet.
It is unusual to have merch that is damaged upon arrival, ,nevertheless if that happens be it for whatever reason, make sure to get in touch with us so we can figure out a solution. : )
